Professor Charles Edet Foundation participated in the THRIVE-South CSOs Grant and Finance Training Workshop held from June 8–10, 2026, in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The three-day capacity-strengthening workshop brought together 34 participants from 17 Civil Society Organizations across five states to enhance knowledge and skills in grant management, financial accountability, donor compliance, fraud prevention, documentation, reporting, and effective program management.
The training provided practical tools and hands-on exercises that strengthened our understanding of financial systems, accountability mechanisms, quality reporting, and compliance requirements necessary for successful project implementation and sustainable impact.
We appreciate CCCRN and the THRIVE-South Project for this valuable learning opportunity and their continued commitment to building the capacity of partner organizations. The knowledge gained will further strengthen our ability to deliver impactful, transparent, and accountable interventions in the communities we serve.
