Our EVAC (End Violence Against Children) campaign creates awareness on child abuse amongst children, parents, teachers and community members. They are sensitized on how to prevent, recognized, report and deal with child abuse.
We offer confidential services through our helplines and our emails. When contacting us using through our email, your email address will not be displayed. Also do not display your name in your email. You do not have to give us identifying information such as first and/or last names, home address, phone numbers etc. However, if you are reporting a case of abuse and happen to give us identifying information, this will be communicated to appropriate agencies to take action.
We also respond to reported cases of abuse by collaborating with government and non-government agencies to bring offenders of child abuse to justice, prevent the child from experiencing more harm from the abuse and provide children and family members with correct information to manage the experience of abuse and skills to become meaningful individuals.
Our dedicated helpline and email are open to children and adults to call and/or message in order to report cases of child abuse, get correct information on child abuse and also provide counselling services to victims of child abuse. Our email services aim at responding between 2-5 working days. In cases of emergencies, you may do well to contact our helplines which will provide prompt response.
